Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Gary Jia
Gary brings deep experience in solar component manufacturing and global supply chains, with a focus on delivering reliable, bankable components to module manufacturers and EPC partners. An entrepreneur at heart, he has built and scaled businesses with an emphasis on domestic production, rigorous quality standards, and long-term customer partnerships that support the growth of the U.S. solar industry.
Gary previously served as a Vice President at Bank of America. A proud Texan educated at the University of Texas, he is passionate about advancing sustainable innovation in the energy sector.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Tony Hsiung
Tony leads operational execution across manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring consistent quality, on-time delivery, and scalable production. With extensive experience in solar component manufacturing, factory ramp-ups, and process control, he supports cross-functional teams to meet demanding performance, reliability, and traceability requirements.
Born in the United States and educated at DePaul University, Tony brings a strong understanding of U.S. operating environments and collaboration.

General Counsel
Jeffrey M. Schagren
Jeff is a skilled lawyer and mediator with experience working in Fortune 500 and industry leading public and private companies, government and Am Law 100 national and international law firms.
Jeff cares deeply about providing with practical, effective and cost-efficient legal advice. He focuses his practice on company startups, complex contract negotiations, major business transaction agreements, negotiation and drafting, litigation and crisis management, corporate governance, real estate development and franchising, regulatory compliance, employee and labor relations, collective bargaining, and strategic planning.

Vice President, Sales & Business Development
Jordan Roberts
With over a decade of sales leadership and client advocacy experience, Jordan is focused on building trusted partnerships through clarity, communication, and accountability. Passionate about clean energy and proud to call Texas home, he is driven by building a sustainable tomorrow by strengthening American solar manufacturing today.
Jordan works closely with module makers and EPCs to align product specifications with project and production needs. With a strong understanding of qualification cycles, volume ramp planning, and long-term supply agreements, this role supports dependable supply and long-term collaboration.

Vice President, Production
Roy Rong
Roy leads production operations with a strong focus on manufacturing execution, process optimization, and on-time delivery. He oversees daily factory operations, production planning, equipment utilization, and workforce coordination to ensure stable output, consistent quality, and safe operations.
With hands-on experience in U.S. manufacturing environments, Roy works closely with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to support production ramp-ups, improve efficiency, and maintain traceability and compliance. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas and brings a practical, execution-driven approach to supporting the company’s long-term manufacturing growth in the United States.

Vice President, Logistics
Mason Fowler IV
Mason leads our logistics operations both domestically and globally. Seasoned in both domestic and global supply chain operations, Mason brings a wealth of experience from the Energy logistics industry, working with clients in the solar manufacturing, oil and gas, electric battery manufacturing, and industrial machinery manufacturing sectors.
Born in New York City and educated at the University of Georgia, Mason brings a practical and data driven approach to all facets of logistics and transportation management. Skilled in contract negotiation, international regulatory compliance, tariff strategy, and supply line optimization, Mason helps ensure smooth flow of product from source to end user.

Vice President, Quality & Reliability
Leo Lyu
Leo brings extensive experience in quality management, compliance, and reliability engineering within the photovoltaic (PV) industry. As Vice President of Quality and Reliability, he is responsible for leading the company’s quality systems, reliability strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure consistent product performance and regulatory compliance.
Leo earned his Bachelor’s degree at Indiana University Bloomington and later completed his Master’s degree at the University of Southern California, bringing a deep understanding of U.S. regulatory expectations, industry practices, and quality culture to support long-term product reliability and customer confidence.
